Our second full harvest of Petit Manseng in 2020 gave us this delectable wine. It is our very first off-dry estate white wine, which was harvested at a very high 27.6 Brix (27.6% sugar) allowing us to arrest fermentation at the perfect moment, retaining some of it's natural sweetness.

This five-grape estate grown Rosé blend (Cab Sauv, Merlot, Malbec, Cab Franc, & Petit Verdot) is packed with flavors of strawberries & peach, with refreshingly tart notes of grapefruit on the finish. When we were crushing these grapes we kept the grape skins in contact with the juice for 20 minutes which extracted just a little color making this into a beautiful light pink colored wine.
