This wine went from vine to stainless steel tanks for fermentation and brief aging; then to bottle! This 100% estate-grown Chardonnay is uniquely un-oaked, with a floral and herbaceous profile Enjoy notes of apple peel, starfruit and honeycomb on the palate.
