The Winemaker blended a few different red grape varietals to make this an approachable easy drinking wine.  Light bodied with notes of dark chocolate, cherry, bacon fat, and toasted oak.

We added the word "Classic" to this Genesis because of the flavor profile (robust earthy umami).  This wine drinks like it was made in the old world wine regions of France but indeed it was made here in Georgia.
