2023 Petit Manseng

Our second full harvest of Petit Manseng in 2020 gave us this delectable wine. It is our very first off-dry estate white wine, which was harvested at a very high 27.6 Brix (27.6% sugar) allowing us to arrest fermentation at the perfect moment, retaining some of it's natural sweetness.
