2021 Petit Manseng
Our second full harvest of Petit Manseng in 2020 gave us this delectable wine. It is our very first off-dry estate white wine, which was harvested at a very high 27.6 Brix (27.6% sugar) allowing us to arrest fermentation at the perfect moment, retaining some of it's natural sweetness.

NV Sauvignon Blanc
Our Non-Vintage Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in stainless steel, French oak, as well as concrete vessels which help amplify the mineralistic undertones of this wine. This classic West Coast style is a blend of 2017 Napa Valley fruit and 2016 Lake County fruit. Layered, yet approachable, this drinkable offering is the perfect wine for summertime.
