2021 Viognier

New Release!

This is our Winemaker's favorite white wine that he has crafted. Fermented in neutral barrels, which imports mouthfeel without the presence of oak flavour, our full bodied Viognier expresses aromas of honeysuckle, spice, apricot, nectarine, mango and peach. Very clean citrus and cream on the palate with a long, balanced and full finish. The wine was lees stirred every 2 weeks to create a creaminess and a bold wine.
