Our 100% Georgia port is made partly from the traditional portuguese grape, Touriga Nacional, and a north AmericanHybrid, Lenoir (aka. Black Spanish).Touriga Nacional brings to the table good tannin structure with black fruit, while the Lenoir adds a spicy complex.Barrel aged for 18 months (we couldn't wait the 20 years which Bob's favourite Taylor 20 port is aged) in 80% Hungarian,and 20% french oak.Pairs well with cheese, desserts, nuts, cigars, and we fortified our Port using distilled spirits from Old Fourth Ward Distillery,Atlanta.
